We are looking forward to providing your child with an exciting and rewarding physical education program. We believe that all students can be successful in P.E. It is our goal to promote fitness and teach sportsmanship while having fun!
Your child’s fitness level and personal behavior will be monitored and assessed throughout the school year. The Fitnessgram test is required for 4th – 5th grade. A detailed report will be sent home at the end of each assessment.
Guidelines & Safety
1. Make your best effort to participate to your best ability. If your child has an injury or illness and cannot participate, please send a note with your child.
2. Be prepared everyday by wearing athletic shoes and appropriate clothing. Shoes with heels, boots or sandals make it difficult for children to participate safely in P.E.
3. Please encourage your child to come to P.E. with a great attitude, ready to encourage one another, work hard, be safe and in control.
