Kindergarten Enrollment Information
Letter from the Principal
Hello Cheetah Families!
I hope you have all had the opportunity to enjoy some of our Pacific Northwest sunshine that we so patiently waited for this spring. As we prepare for our upcoming school year, we have some information to share with you regarding upcoming ways to support your school and your students.
The main office officially opens to the public on Tuesday August 16th 9am-3pm!
The first day of school for our 1-5 grade students is Wednesday, August 31, 2022 and is a full day of school 9:10 am - 3:40 pm.
Kindergarten in the Northshore School District begins with Family Connection Meetings. These meetings are an opportunity for families to meet with their child’s teacher and share all of their special qualities. Family Connection meetings happen during the first 3 days of school and kindergarten students will have their first days on September 6th or 7th. Kindergarten families should have received a letter explaining the process. The first days of school for kindergarten will work like this:
-
Students with last name’s A-M come to school Tuesday, September 6th from 9:10 am - 3:40 pm.
-
Students with last name’s N-Z come to school Wednesday, September 7th from 9:10 am - 2:10 pm (Wednesday early dismissal).
-
All kindergarteners will come to school on Thursday, September 8th 9:10 am - 3:40 pm (and everyday following).
We are so excited to see our new and returning students in just a few short weeks.
Sincerely,
Katy French, Principal
Sara Davis, Assistant Principal

Health Room News

Please do not put any kind of medicine, including inhalers, aspirin, vitamins, and cough drops in your student's lunch box, backpack or pockets. Unidentified medicine can never be given at school.

Students with Life Threatening Conditions: If your student has a life-threatening health condition requiring medical services at school, or if you have questions about a medical condition, please contact the school nurse right away.
